The year is 1890. London schoolmaster Lucian West has travelled across Eastern Europe to the remote village of Eldemir after his fiancée, archaeologist Eveline Carrington, mysteriously vanished during an excavation in the Carpathian Mountains.
The expedition, led by distinguished London university professors, had uncovered a strange artefact buried deep beneath the mountain - something that contained ancient knowledge no human mind was meant to comprehend.
The Carpathians have long been a place of folklore and old superstitions. The locals often speak of vanished travellers and wandering spirits. Then there are those who still fear a vampire scourge believed to have been destroyed many years ago. But since the expedition uncovered the artefact, the land itself seems to have 'remembered' what it was hiding.
Some believe the vampires have returned. Others fear something far older has awakened.
Shadows of Eldemir is a retro-inspired, cosmic-horror, point-and-click adventure RPG combining classic first-person exploration and puzzle-solving with a Victorian love story at its core.

Explore dark forests, cursed roads, ruined chapels, forgotten crypts, haunted swamps and many other diverse locations. Search every scene for clues, gather useful objects, solve puzzles, speak with villagers and uncover hidden lore to piece together the terrible history of Eldemir.
Survive encounters with restless spirits, demons, undead horrors and other supernatural threats. Upgrade your weapons and armour, prepare yourself with essential supplies and protective charms as you learn to exploit each enemy's weakness.
Catch a variety of fish and harvest their components which can be sold for coin or given to villagers to help craft useful items.
Follow Lucian's desperate search for Eveline through a dark Victorian tale of love, forbidden knowledge, forgotten cults, and something from beyond this world that should never have entered ours.
